I have been creating bears and animals since 1993.
I design and use all my own patterns for my creations. Each piece is hand done entirely by me using premium mohair.
Over the years I’ve received four nominations and two Golden Teddy Awards. I've been featured on the front covers of Teddy Bear Review and Teddy Bear & Friends, plus a feature cover and article in Bears&Buds.
I owned and operated a ceramic studio for 27 years and retired in 1997 to make bears a full time business.
My
husband Carl and I will celebrate our 67th wedding anniversary in
April. We have a wonderful family; Five children, 12 grandchildren, 31 great
grand babies.
God has certainly blessed
us.
I’m
very happy creating bears and animals and also dressing some of them in items
from vintage shops. I have made many dear friends along the way. In my heart
they are special treasures.
Creating bears and sharing them with happy, appreciative collectors is a dream come true.
